Questions
What counts as a server?
Anything running the agent and reporting. Remove a server from your fleet page and it stops counting from that moment.
What happens if my card fails?
Your servers keep reporting. We do not stop collecting data while a payment is being retried — going blind during an outage is not a reasonable way to chase an invoice. You will see a notice on your billing page.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop to the free plan at the end of the period you have paid for. Existing servers keep reporting; you just cannot add new ones past the free limit.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan is not a trial — it does not expire. You only enter a card when you want a 4th server.
Can I self-host it instead?
Not today. If that is what you need, say so — it is the most useful thing you can tell us right now.
